Important Information

• Cost based on minimum 4 persons travelling together.
• The itinerary can be altered at any point of time due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond our control.
• Leh and remote areas have regular power outages. Don’t expect 24hrs electricity
• People from Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, China, Myanmar and Bhutan cannot travel to restricted areas outside Leh such as Nubra Valley, Pangong, and Tsomoriri etc. Nationals of countries other than these can travel to Ladakh provided they don’t have a Diplomatic passport.
• If a vehicle is used for shopping, visiting markets and restaurants, then there will be extra charges
• It is mandatory for all guests carry valid photo IDs (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card). PAN Card is not accepted at many places as a valid photo ID
• Connectivity (phone as well as internet) is poor and unreliable in Ladakh. Most hotels will not have a Wi-Fi connection
• Only vegetarian meals are served at Nubra and Pangong. Non vegetarian meals are served at Leh in Dinner.

• Price mentioned is on per person basis for two persons travelling together and sharing same room.
• Bookings are subject to availability of rooms with the hotels.
• The above package rate is not valid during national holidays, festivals, long weekends, Christmas and New Year.
• All cancellations &amendments will be done as per hotel policy.
• The guest must carry photo identification like Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card IN ORIGINAL at the point of check in at the hotel.
• A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room
• The third occupant of the room shall be provided a mattress/rollaway bed.
• In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
• Big Breaks reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
