Day 2
Shimla –Kufri –Shimla
After breakfast , full day excursion to Kufri.
Kufri is perched at a height of 2510 metres and known for its picturesque trekking and hiking trails. One can visit the Himalayan Zoo and take a Pony ride / hike to Mashu Peak ( at an additional cost).
Later in the afternoon, visit the Vice Regal Lodge now known as the Institute of Advance Studies and walk down the Mall Road. The major attractions here are Shimla Church, Scandal Point, Gaiety Theatre, Town hall and some shopping.
Return to hotel & overnight stay in Shimla.
Day 3
Shimla – Manali (265 Kms / 8 Hrs)
After breakfast check out from the hotel & drive to Manali.
Manali, a picture perfect hill station situated at an altitude of 1950 mtrs, is situated on the Highway that leads to Leh, and marks the end of the Kullu Valley. The magnetic charm of this place not only attract the honeymooners also attract many tourist from all over the World . Upon arrival, check-in at your pre booked hotel .

Day 4
Manali
This morning, set out to explore Manali. Perched at an altitude of 2050 meters above sea level and spread along the banks of the river Beas, Manali is literally the “Valley of the Gods”. Visit the Hidimba or Dhungri Temple. Erected in 1533, this temple is dedicated to the local deity Hidimba, wife of the Pandava prince, Bhim. The temple is noted for its four-storeyed pagoda and exquisite wooden carvings. Visit the Manu Maharishi Temple, dedicated to sage Manu. Later visit Vashisht Kund… Vaishisht, around 3 km from Manali, boasts a pair of old stone temples, opposite each other above the main square. The temple tanks are underground hot-water/sulfur springs. Thereafter proceed to the Tibetan Market, featuring shops that sell shawls, woolen clothes, handicrafts, imported goods and souvenirs. Return to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 5
Manali
Today, make a full day excursion to Rohtang Pass. Manali is the gateway to Rohtang pass beyond which lie the twin valley sof Lahaul and Spiti. In winter the mountain slopes are snow clad and they turn into perfect skiing slopes. Rohtang pass is 51 KM north of Manali and it is located on Manali Keylong Highway at an altitude of 4111 meters ( 13,400 ft ). The pass is open from June to October each year although trekkers can cross it earlier. It is a gateway to Lahaul Spiti, Pangi and Leh valley. The area offers spectacular sights of glaciers and peaks, and Chandra river that flows down the Lahaul valley. Also to be sighted are the twin peaks of the Geypan.
Return to hotel for overnight stay.
After breakfast, drive to Dharamshala.

Day 7
Dharamshala
Today, enjoy a half day sightseeing tour of Dharamsala. Set against the magnificent backdrop of the towering Dhauladhar ranges, Dharamshala, lies perched up on the high slopes of the Kangra valley. Dharamshala is better known as Dalai Lama's abode and Tibet's Government-in-exile. The vestiges of the Raj dot the town - visit the church of St. John, with its well-maintained, old graveyard. A visit to the Namgyal Monastery, ensconcing the Center of Tibetan Studies is nothing short of mandatory.
Visit McLeodGanj - Little Lhasa is thick with the Tibetan cultural feel.
Later, visit the Kangra Art Musem, which has a treasure trove of the art and crafts of region.
Return to hotel for overnight stay.
After an early breakfast ,check out from the hotel and drive to Amritsar.
Upon arrival check in at your pre booked hotel .
Enjoy a half day sightseeing tour of Amritsar.
Visit the Golden Temple… the most exalted of all Sikh shrines, drawing pilgrims from near and far for centuries. For the Sikh community the Harmandir Sahib Gurdwara Golden Temple is the final spiritual "vision," journey's end or beginning. The Amrit Sarovar (pool of nectar), or the holy tank that encircles the Darbar Sahib, has given Amritsar its name.
Later visit Jalianwala Bagh… a solemn reminder of the 2000 Indians killed and wounded here in the firing by the British in 1919. Jalianwala Bagh commemorates the martyrs, keeping the tragic episode in its historical context. Today, one finds a small gallery, the well into which the crowds jumped to escape the hail of bullets, and a simple memorial.
