Day 1
Arrival in Chandigarh & transfer to Narkanda ( 174 Kms / approx. 6 hours drive)
Upon your arrival in Chandigarh, you will meet our representative / driver at the airport & drive to Narkanda.
Narkanda - Narkanda is a town in Shimla district in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. It is about 65 Kms away from Shimla and surrounded by the Shivalik Range.
Upon arrival, check in at your pre booked hotel.
In the afternoon visit Hatu peak and Hatu Temple, Tani Jubbar Lake & Kotgarh (Most popular apple orchard).
Return to hotel for overnight stay.
After breakfast, drive towards Sangla. Sangla valley (Baspa valley) starts at Karcham and ends at Chitkul in Kinnaur district of Himanchal at a height of 8900 feet.
Enjoy a full day sightseeing tour includes Kamru fort (2.5 km from center), Sangla kanda (5 km from center), Trek to Bering nag temple, Chitkul (23 Kms from center), Buddhist Monastery Basteri (8 km from Sangla on the way to chitkul, a village to get local handicrafts), Tibetan wood carving centre, Baspa river, Trout fish farm (for fishing enthusiasts) & Rakcham temple (second last village before Tibet border lies between Sangla and Chitkul).
Return to Sangla hotel for overnight stay.
Day 3
Sangla – Kalpa (50 Kms / approx. 2 hours drive)
After breakfast, drive towards Kalpa. One of the most important cities in Kinnaur and the tribal circuit en-route is Kalpa. The town and in fact the whole district is known for its sprawling orchards of apples and this also incidentally forms the major cash crop in the region.
Enjoy a full day sightseeing tour includes Trek to Chakka (15000 feet above sea level), Trek to Kinnaur Kailash, Roghi village (6-7 Kms from Kalpa to enjoy the ethnicity and traditions of the locals), Narayan Nagini temple, Hu-bu-lan-kar monastery & Sapni Fort (25 Kms from Sangla).
Return to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 4
Kalpa – Nako (100 Kms / approx. 3 hours drive)
After breakfast, drive towards Nako. The unspoilt, serene and picturesque village of Nako is located in Kinnaur District of Himachal Pradesh at a height of around 3600m. Nako is found at the east end of Kinnaur Valley and can be called almost the last attraction on the way to Malling Nullah.
Enjoy a full day sightseeing tour includes Nako gompa, Nako lake, Knaygoh Kinner Camps & Malling nala (A mountain pass at an elevation of 12,713 feet).
Return to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 5
Nako to Kaza (115 Kms / approx. 2 hours drive)
After breakfast, drive towards Kaza. It is the headquarter of the Spiti valley in the Lahaul and Spiti district, at a height of 11,980 feet.
Enjoy a full day sightseeing tour includes Tabo (An ancient village housing one of the most prominent monasteries), Dhankar monastery (midway from Nako to Kaza), Dhankar Lake (midway from nako to kaza), Pin valley national park/ homestay at Mud, Demul village, Komic village/ Komic Gompa (18.6 km from Kaza opposite of key Gompa), Hikkim (15 Kms from kaza, highest post office), Langza, Sakya Tangyud Monastery, Key monastery (14.5 km from Kaza), Kibber & Chicham.
Return to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 6
Kaza – Chandratal Lake – Batal
After breakfast, drive towards Batal.
Upon arrival, check in at your pre booked hotel.
Later start trek of Chandratal from Batal which is about 14Kms. Chandrataal is famous lake in the Spiti part of Lahaul- Spiti. It is situated on the Samudra tapu (Plateau) overlooking Chandra river with an elevation of 14,100 feet.
Return to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 7
Batal – Manali (114 Kms / approx. 3 hours drive)
After breakfast, drive towards Manali.
Upon arrival, check in at your pre booked hotel.
Enjoy a full day sightseeing tour includes Rohtang pass, Maharishi Vedvyas temple, Gulaba view point, Kothi village (place of art and architecture), Solang valley & Jogini falls.
