Day 1

Arrival in Bangalore

Upon your arrival in Bangalore, you will meet our representative/driver at the airport or railway station , who will take you to your pre booked hotel. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel. Enjoy, a half-day sightseeing tour of Bangalore, also known as ‘The Garden City’. Visit Cubbon Park, the 120-hectare park located near the Vidhan Soudha… a lush, grassy expanse of rolling lawns with colourful flowerbeds. Take a tour of the Vidhana Soudha …one of the most imposing buildings Bangalore. Built in the Neo- Dravidian style, it houses the Legislative Chambers of the state government. Also visit the Lal Bagh Botanical Gardens. Next, proceed to the famous Bull Temple, dedicated to Nandi Bull. Built in the Dravidian style, the temple houses a huge monolithic idol of Nandi. Conclude you tour with a visit to Tipu Sultan’s Fort, the summer residence of Tipu Sultan. The Palace inside the fort is a two-storied wooden structure, carved out of teakwood with decorated pillars, concave arches and balconies. Return to hotel for overnight stay in Bangalore.

Day 2

Bangalore – Coorg (286 Kms. / approx. 6 to 7 hours drive)

After breakfast, drive to Coorg, The misty hills, lush teakwood and sandalwood forests , acres of tea and coffee plantations in Coorg also known as Kodagu. Kodagu is ideal for outdoor activities such as trekking, angling and whiter-water rafting and major festivals like Keil Poldu (worship of weapons), Cauvery Shankaramana (return of the river goddess) and the Huttari (harvest) festival. Upon arrival, check in at your pre booked hotel. Day is at leisure. Overnight stay in Coorg.

Day 3


Today, enjoy a full day tour of Coorg. Visit the Abbey Falls, located among coffee plantations and spice estates… here, the Kaveri river cascades down a rockface into beautiful calm pools. Proceed to Raja’s Seat, a small pavilion with a garden surrounding it, offering a view of the spectacular blue mountains around. Visit the Omkareshwara Temple, dedicated to Shiva, which is almost 200 years old and is a surprising blend of Islamic and Gothic styles. Proceed to Bylakuppe, a settlement for refugees from Tibet. There are richly painted and intricately decorated Tibetan Temples to be seen here. Later, visit the Dubare Elephant Camp, where elephants are trained. A naturalist is at hand to explain the various aspects of Elephant history, ecology and biology. Return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 4

Coorg – Ooty (225 Kms / approx. 6 to 7 hours drive)

After breakfast, drive to Ooty. Ooty is a popular hill station located in the Nilgiri Hills and also known as the queen of Hill stations . Its natural beauty attracts many tourists and honeymooners round the year . Upon arrival, check in at your pre booked hotel. Day is at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5


Today, proceed on a half-day sightseeing tour of Ooty, known as the ‘Queen of Hill Stations’. Nestled in the Nilgiri Hills, Ooty is a feast for the eyes, with its lofty, eucalyptus covered mountains, dense forests, and acres and acres of tea estates. Enjoy a stroll around the Botanical Gardens, covering an area of 22 acres. The garden comprises varieties of tree species, grass carpet, ferns, multi-coloured flowering plants, orchids, nurseries and flowerbeds laid out in Italian style. Visit Doddabetta Peak… the highest point (2623 meters) in the Nilgiris, at the junction of the Western and Eastern Ghats. The top of the peak offers beautiful vistas of the Nilgiri Hills. To conclude your tour, explore Raj Bhavan. Built in 1877 by the Duke of Buckingham, Government House or Raj Bhavan is a sprawling, cream-coloured mansion, overlooking the Botanical Gardens. Return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 6

Ooty – Mysore (140 Kms. / approx. 4 to 5 hours drive )

After breakfast, drive to Mysore, located at the base of the Chamundi Hills. The cultural ambience and achievements of Mysore earned it the sobriquet Cultural capital of South Karnataka. Upon arrival check in at your pre booked hotel. Afternoon enjoy local sightseeing tour of Mysore visit Chamundi Hills, Mysore Palace, St’ Philominas Church. Evening visit the World famous Brindavana Garden, expended over 150 acres. The musical fountain and light show adds attraction to the garden. Return to hotel for overnight stay in Mysore.

Day 7

Mysore –Bangalore (150 Kms. / approx. 3 to 4 hours drive )

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Bangalore Airport / Railway station for your onward journey.
